2014년[제1권 제2호] 성경적 고찰을 통한 새로운 불확실성 측정방법에 대한 연구

이 논문은 점증하는 불확실성에 대응해서 기존의 불확실성 이론이 불확실성 관련 경제현상을 설명하는데 한계가 있음을 주목하면서 불확실성문제에 대한 물리학 및 경제학 이론과 성경의 설명을 분석하고, 불확실성에 대한 새로운 측정방법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 불확실성의 경제이론은 불확실성의 상황을 외생적으로 처리하고 정태적으로 분석함으로써 불확실성 현상의 설명범위를 제한하였다. 그러나 물리학과 성경은 불확실성을 인과관계로 파악함으로써 불확실성이 본질적으로동태적인 현상으로 인식한다. 물리학과 성경의 관점을 불확실성의 측정에 반영하여 만든 새로운 불확실성 측정방법은 불확실성의 범위를 내생화시키고, 측정할 수 없는 불확실성도 분석 수 있게한다. 새로운 불확실성 측정방법은 불확실성 현상을 현재 보다 더 정확하게 측정하여사회구성원 사이에 위험배분의 효율성을 높이고, 불확실성을 줄여 국민의 후생증가에 기여한다.

This paper is to suggest a new way of measuring uncertainty by first reviewing the physics and economic theories of uncertainty and biblical anecdotes about drawing lots, and then applying their point of views into measuring uncertainty. The existing economic theory of uncertainty treats uncertain situations exogenously and analyses it statically. As result of that, it confines the range of uncertainties that can be explained. However, Physics and Bible treat uncertain situations as the results of causality and thus analyse them dynamically. The new method on measurement of uncertainty, which reflects the physics and biblical point of views, can endogenize the ranage of uncertainty and deal with unmeasurable uncertain situations. Moreover, it can measure uncertain situations better than the existing method of measurement, and thus enhance resource allocation of risks among people and economic welfare.
