2015년[제2권 제1호] 분배정의와 도덕적 자제력

본고는 분배정의논의의 세 가지 단계 도덕적 기준 , 제도적 장치의 선택, 실제적 적용에 대해 검토한다. 도덕적 기준으로 필요, 효율, 형평의 세 가지 정의원칙에 대해 살펴보고, 제도적 장치로는 평등주의체제와 자유주의체제를 비교하며, 실제적 적용에서 중요하게 여겨지는 맥락효과, 국지정의, 정의영역에 대해 논의한다. 또 본고는 경제적안정과 번영의 전제조건이 되는 기회주의적 행동을 배제하는 도덕적자제력에 대해 살펴본다.

This paper examines three levels of discourses on distributive justice: the first level is about the principles of distributive justice as the moral standard like need, efficiency, and equity; the second level focuses on the desirable type of political regime, for example, egalitarian socialism or libertarian capitalism as the appropriate goal for the society type, and the third level deals with the contexts, locality, and spheres of justice associated with the implementation of policies. This paper also discusses the importance of duty-based moral restraint as the moral foundation that precludes opportunistic behavior and enhances trustworthiness in the society, which helps establish the basis for prosperity.
