2016년[제3권 제1호] 구약 희년 경제와 자본시장 민주화

본 논문은 구약 희년 토지 기반 경제의 장점을 분석하고 그 장점을 자본주의 경제에 적용하기 위하여 토지기반 경제와 자본주의 경제를 융합하여 분석하였다. 그리고 그것을 위해 도입된 기축생산요소로 토지와 자본을 분석하였다. 또한 토지기반 경제와 자본주의 경제가 가진 유사성을 기초로 희년 경제의 장점을 오늘날 자본주의 경제제도에 적용할 함의를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 희년 토지시장을 자본시장의 관점에서, 희년 담보와 부채제도를 금융시장 관점에서, 희년 노동 및 노예 제도를 노동시장의 관점에서 분석하였다. 그리하여 구약 희년 경제가 생산수단의 사유를기반으로 하면서도 사유의 문제점들을 생산수단의 사유가 융합된 내부시장으로 극복한 지속 가능한 투자기반 경제였음을 논하였다. 그리고 이와같은 희년 경제구조의 개념을 오늘날의 자본주의 주식회사와 자본시장에적용한 특수한 조합형 주식회사인 SHC(Servant Holding Company)와 SHC의 열린 내부시장을 구축하는 것을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 현재의자본주의 경제가 그 문제점들을 극복하고 모든 경제참여자들이 미래가치를 현재화한 자본을 소유하는 자본시장 민주화 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 자본시장 민주화를 통한 경제민주화와 서로 충돌하는 이익집단의 동반 성장 경제구조를 제시하였다.

This paper analyzes the merits of jubilee land-based economy of the Old Testament, and the convergence of the concept of land based economy and capitalistic economy in order to apply the merits to the capitalistic economy, and the land and capital by the concept of key factor of production which is introduced in order to converge them, and derives the implication by which we can apply the economic advantages of the jubilee land-based economy on the basis of similarity in land-based economy and the capitalistic economy to today s capitalistic economic system.
For this purpose, the Jubilee land market is analyzed in terms of capital markets, the Jubilee debt and mortgage system is analyzed in the financial market point of view, and the Jubilee labor and slavery system is analyzed from the point of view of the labor market. Thus this paper also deals with the jubilee economy of Old Testament to be sustainable investment based economy overcoming the problem of private property by the convergence of internal market of private ownership of the means of production, even if it to be based on private property. SHC(Servant Holding Company) that is the special corporate governance of the convergence of partnership and stock corporation, of which is the result of application of the concept of jubilee economy to stock corporation and capital market, and building open internal market of SHC is proposed in this paper.
Eventually this paper proposes capital market democratization plan that the current capitalist economy overcomes its economic problems and all the participants own capital, present value through building SHC, and economic democratization through capital market democratization, and shared growth economic structure of the conflicting interest groups.
